it was during the drought when alberta and sask were in bad shape for hay.my husband was promised 100 bales (this was before the drought).when my husband was ready for the hay the elder said he couldnt have any ,in the field there were trucks picking up hay which he sold for double the price.so here we were with no promised hay to feed 32 horses.does anyone else have a story?

when will the guilty feeling of leaving the org go away?
i am feeling at my lowest point right now, and its terrible.

who are the governing body members?
can the average jw name even one or more members of that body?
i don't really know, but over the last ten to twelve years since i left the jw religion, i have a better idea - i think.
my grandpa and grandma were of the anointed whats funny is like all borg run old boys clubs thereso called governing body is not made up of all anointed ones how can they now when they ignore those that are the club works if you are self motivated be a yes man /push down your fellow brothers&sisters so you look better /the club is best seen at assemblys and how every one runs around trying to look important the governing body is just a bunch of old men who think there something there not
some comments here, suggest regret---that you were afraid of these simple men.

I called them and had my disfellowshipping meeting by phone told them was moving on too better things they told me witnesses only have the truth @that cause there imperfect men there are sometimes glitches but no other group has the truth i told them what about jesus,s day when the apostles came across the man expelling demons in jesus name they told jesus he aint part of us what did jesus do ? yah no boys i think you shoud read your bibles more in stead of judging people hung up and am here for anyone who needs encouragement
it's a simple fact.
jw's cannot freely express themselves.
they can't freely tell another about a doubt or a question that they might have for fear they could be exposed to the elders.

i finally decided after being here for over two years now, that i would finally get down in writing my jw history.

i feel the need to express how i feel and felt about my life as a gay man.
i was brought up from birth as a jehovahs witness.
this has played a major part in my life and it has been a real struggle to get past.
